ASK Italian is an English chain of Italian restaurants. ASK's mission is to bring the Italian meal conviviality to the UK and maintain an authentic food ethos.
In my time at ASK I have developed numerous briefs from the team with the aim of securing a clear identity in the market of Italian casual dining at a key moment for the evolution of the brand. Applying my skillset for the company I have worked on menus, eDMs, participated in photoshoots and workshops, illustrated and tested digital technologies, helping the restaurant to sharpen its heritage and expand its business.
